im starting a new Healthy Diet. what are some good foods i can eat for breakfast and lunch and for snacks?

usually for morning i have a special k bar, then lunch im not sure about, then dinner i usually have some kind of meat or something high in protein. after i workout i drink whey protein

eat carrots, celery, apples @ oranges and lots of lightly steamed veggies.
Some fish, some chicken, some pulses.
Drink water.
