
(easy 10 pts) what are some good diet/healthy meals..?
that I can make at home to lose weight? I’m pretty sure the ones out at restaurants aren’t all that healthy. So if you know of any healthy (filling) meals and how to make them I would really appreciate it

Monday
Breakfast: bowl of fruit with low fat natural yogurt
Lunch:healthy salad or pasta with vegetables, peppers, carrots, tamotoes if you have pasta you can have tuna with salade as well! do low fat mayo if you want but only a teaspoon.
Tea: Tuna steak with new patoes and roasted vegetables.
Tuesday
Breakfast: Special K cereal.
Lunch: rice cracker with low fat spreedy cheese. and two pieces of fruit.
Tea:Jacket patatoe with beans, chicken breast with cottage cheese.
Wednesday
Breakfast: Alpen orgrinal
Lunch: Jacket patatoe with beans and minicol cheese (this cheese is good for chloestrol too!)
Tea: Salmon Pasta dishes.
Thursday
Breakfast: fruit salad again
Lunch: chicken wrap with salad
Tea: cous cous with chicken, cottage cheese
Friday
Breakfast: Strawberry fruit smoothie
Lunch: the left over cous cous
Tea: Salmon with cous cous
my mum says that as long as you eat healthy on them days you can be a little naughtier on saturday and sunday
