I weighed 124 pounds in last month has been following a healthy diet and fitness every day. I'm an emotional eater and having had some difficult times a few weeks ago I went to the gym and have completely been almost a right frenzy of the last 4 weeks. Not Just got my diet off track, but I had pizza, fries, cheese, cheesecakes, several bags of chips and choclate bar EVERY day. Combination to leave the gym and eating terribly for the past 4 weeks has led to a gain of 12 pounds! I weighed 136 pounds today. I knew I could not not continue my unhealthy ways, and seeing that I had managed to gain 12 pounds in the decision surprised myself I will cool morning start. Because I purchased this weight sooo fast, it will be difficult for me to lose so quickly? I have intention to return my "month pre-cooked "meal and go to the gym for 2 hours a day every day. How long do you think it will take to return to 124 pounds if I stand by that?
