Help, I don’t know how to eat healthy on a vegetarian diet.?
I’ve been vegan/vegetarian for 2.5 years. I recently had to go back to eating vegetarian because of college.
This is the food I normally eat: cheese pizza, french fries, unhealthy veggie burger, grilled cheese, anything smoldered in cheese (that’s how the cafeteria makes most of the veggie food), buttery pancakes with lots of syrup, some white rice, and lots of soda.
I need help on eating healthy in college. I don’t have the money to always get groceries, and I wouldn’t want to only eat fruits and veggies all the time.
I need to have a balanced diet, but I don’t know how. I want to go back vegan, but I think I might end starving and having to go back to vegetarianism again.
Help.
Doesn’t your cafeteria have a salad bar? eat more fruits and veggies and less processed cheese crap. Keep foods like peanut butter, trail mix, etc. in your dorm room.
