
On a healthy food diet/ exercise plan, what can I cook with lean meat?
I have started up my healthy eating and daily exercise again, as I did this to loose 20 kilos but over the last 4 months (as expected) I have put a little back on. I am interested in eating lean meat, if you eat lean meat can you please tell me what you cook with it?
I tend to get bored with my meals so any other healthy ideas you have are great too.
I enjoy eating anything really except for
Olives, capsicum (unless stir fried), celery, and I really dislike mustard and fish.

You can pretty much use any recipe and substitute it with lean meat.

You may also try a different type of food and switch things up. We sometimes go on Japanese for a while, then Italian, we’re on to Russian and Swedish right now and just subbing the high calorie, full fat products.
Congrats on your weight loss. I lost 2.5 stone and sometimes hit a plateau even with all my cookbooks I never know what to prepare, particularly for 7 people!
